Travel Insurance
Add our Specialist Sports Tour Insurance to your package for everyone in your group for just £10 pp.
Members can individually add insurance subsequently for £15 pp.
Important Information
- All groups are additionally required to pay a security deposit of €40 per person payable in Euros on arrival at your accommodation in Dublin (which is refundable at check-out at the end of the tour, less any payments required by us to compensate our suppliers for damages caused by your group).
- The use of the online booking system is free of charge. However, there is a booking fee of £3.95 per person payable by everyone in the group where the group leader chooses the online payments booking option, to cover the costs incurred by us from the credit and debit card companies.
- Groups of 45+ persons booking will travel in a coach exclusively for your group. Groups of fewer than 45 travelling by coach (and for each coach allotted to the group) may need to share with another group or groups, depending on the numbers travelling.
- All groups of 25 or more persons travelling together by coach can be collected from your own nominated pick up point on mainland Britain.
- For all flight groups, airport transfers are included in your package from and to Dublin airport if you have a minimum number of 15 persons flying together on the same flight. A supplement will be applicable for smaller groups.
- For all flight groups, coach transfers from and to Dublin airport may be shared with other groups, depending on your group size, arrival time and departure.

- Friday 9th December is the final deadline for individual deposits to guarantee your places
- Your final balance payments and full passenger list are due no later than Friday 27th January 2012
