1. Call us to discuss your plans and/or to arrange a meeting if preferred (multi-sports groups only)
   
   

2. Promote SportsParty among your clubs/players and start to collect deposits. Start a fundraising drive.
   
   

3. Return your completed booking form with an initial group deposit of £250 per team (these need to be with us by Friday 9th November to qualify for double free places)
   
   

4. Send individual deposits representing £50 per person by Friday 7th December.
   
   

5. Your final balance payment and passenger lists will be due no later than Friday 18th January.
